Practical On-Camera TV, Video & Online Presenter Training
Presenter Network specialises in coaching on-camera presentation skills.
Whether you are an aspiring or established presenter or journalist, a business person presenting a webinar online, a product expert demonstrating an exciting piece of technology or a company spokesperson presenting your products and services on-camera the Presenter Network can train you in the art of on-screen presentation skills.
History
The Presenter Network was established in 2010 as a networking hub for a group of TV presenters. At the time Presenters were not properly represented within certain organisations in the broadcast industry and if you were not a ‘celebrity’ or a contracted member of staff you had few rights. The network was set up as a place for people to talk and discuss concerns, issues, anecdotes, share job information and make friends. As time progressed the network focussed on training presenters to help steer them in the direction they wanted their presenting career to go. We used established presenters and industry professionals to collaborate and share tips and develop workshops to help presenters gain skills in the area that interested them. As time progressed we found ourselves regularly training presenters and working with a variety of production companies and TV stations.
Our work is mainly through word of mouth. We do not consider us to be a “Gift Experience’ where you can train to be a presenter nor do we specialise in training wannabe stars how to be presenters; giving false hope and promises. Our training packages are unique and mainly bespoke to the individual, production or organisational needs and we specialise in one to one training. From scientists, cruise ship personnel, CEO’s to TV show anchors we work with a variety of corporate, online and broadcast clients and the results speak for themselves.
Our training has always focussed on the fundamentals of on-camera presenting skills unlike other presenter training experiences. We offered a diploma course in 2011 which has proved very popular with our clients.
With extensive on-camera presenting experience ourselves we also have extended our skillset to offer a range of production services to include creative multi-camera direction and have a portfolio of work ranging from arena style shows at venues such as the NEC to intimate webcasts at Abbey Road Studios.
Our mission statement ‘Engage your audience, develop your on-camera confidence and build up viewer trust’.
