1. Payment terms

Our standard payment term is that payment is made following receipt of booking confirmation and an invoice. Payment needs to be made within 30 days from the date of invoice or prior to the course start date, whichever is sooner.


2. Course bookings

Bookings may be made by email, via the Presenter Network website or by letter or phone. We request that telephone bookings are confirmed in writing.


3. Cancellations

Should circumstances mean that you have to cancel your  workshop /course and are unable to transfer your booking to another person, the following charges will apply:

• More than four weeks prior to the course start date – course fee refunded less any deposit. • Two to four weeks prior to the course – 50% of the course fee.
• Less than two weeks prior to the course – no refund.
NB Cancellation must be made in writing and received by Presenter Network Ltd.


4. Non-attendance

If you have booked on a course, and do not attend without previously informing us, the full course fee remains payable.


5. Late arrivals/missed sessions/disruptive behaviour

If you arrive late for a course, are absent from any session or behave disruptively (preventing learning for other candidates) we reserve the right to refuse to accept you for training if we feel you will gain insufficient knowledge or skill in the time remaining. In all such cases, the full course fee remains payable.



6. Unforeseen circumstances

On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a workshop / course. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and either a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of fees paid.


7. Guidelines for delegates disabilities

We welcome delegates with disabilities. Presenter Network would welcome in advance, for setup purposes, notification of any assistance that you may be likely to need during the course.


8. Failure to meet the learning objectives

On completion of the workshop / course, if it is felt that the you haven’t met the learning objectives or assessment criteria , you will be offered a free reassessment if you have attended the whole course. Any further training or coaching over and above that provided on the course will be charged for.


9. Ownership and intellectual property rights

All Presenter Network training materials are owned by the Presenter Network Ltd. All intellectual property rights in all materials available from the Presenter Network, including the design, graphics and text of all printed materials and the audio of all live training, videos, webinars and podcasts, are owned by presenter Network Ltd.  No Presenter Network content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without the Presenter Network’s prior permission and you may not allow anyone else to access the Presenter Network online site via your log-in details. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of the Presenter Network’s intellectual property rights.  No training session is to be recorded other than by the Presenter Network.  During live training sessions all candidates will be made aware that they will be recorded onto video for the purpose of self-improvement.
